Dear Families,

ACT logo in bold black font with a red swoosh under the "A" on a white background.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences scheduled for Friday, March 21, 2025  These conferences will be conducted virtually and will be available by appointment only. We are offering two windows of time for your convenience: 1:30 to 3:30PM and 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

Your child's advisor will be reaching out to schedule an appointment with you. If you have not received any communication from the advisor by March 18th, please do not hesitate to email me directly.

During these conferences, you will have the chance to discuss your child's progress with their advisor and ask any questions you might have.

On this day all 11th graders are required to come to school at 8:30am in order to take the ACT exam and will be released at approximately 12:30pm. Students who receive extra time accommodations will possibly be here until 2pm. Traditionally, Williamsburg Prep has offered the SAT exam to our students free of charge, and we are pleased to continue this tradition. This year, in our ongoing commitment to provide our students with every possible advantage, we are also offering the ACT exam at no cost. So please help us ensure that your child is present and on time.

As always, feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to partnering with you in supporting your child's educational journey.

Regards,

Kelly Ann Witkowski

Principal
